Dear Sir,

Careers Day at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Simpang Bekoh

The Career Counseling Club at my school is organizing a Careers Day with the aim of introducing students to different careers. We are planning to invite a panel of speakers to address the students on some of the interesting professions.

2.   The advisor of the club suggested that we invite a reporter to talk about career in a newspaper. As The Sun Daily is one of the leading newspapers in the country, we would be very pleased to have one of your reporters on the panel of speakers.

3.   The Careers Day will be held on the 18th June at the school hall. We expect about 180 students to attend the talk. Most of the students will be from the upper forms.

We hope you will be able to send one of your reporters to participate in our Careers Day. Kindly let us have an early reply so that we can include the information in the programme.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Arif
